As most of you know my truck was stolen about three weeks ago. I want to share my experience with all of you, (not about the truck) but the wonderful service I received from my insurance company. At about 7:30 AM, yes 7:30 AM , I texted my agent Chaka Poole to tell her what happened and to get guidance on next steps. Without hesitation she text me back immediately and told me she would be in the office at 9:00 am and would guide me through. Let me just say, she not only guided me, she held my hand. At some points she could sense my frustrations (I AM NOT A PATIENT PERSON LOL) and she would reach out to ask if there was ANYTHING she could do. Customer service at its FINEST!!! If you don’t have an agent you can “call on” you need a new agent! Chaka Poole is the BEST!!!
